For the Steak Bites:
Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
Remove steak bites from pan and set aside.
For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:
In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add 2 cloves garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly (about 3–4 minutes).
Optional: For a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry and simmer for 1 minute.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To Serve:
Return steak bites to the pan and toss them gently in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed veggies.
