Instructions:

    For the Steak Bites:

    • Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
    • Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
    • Remove steak bites from pan and set aside.

    • Add 2 cloves garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
    • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
    • Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly (about 3–4 minutes).
    • Optional: For a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry and simmer for 1 minute.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    To Serve:

    • Return steak bites to the pan and toss them gently in the sauce.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed veggies.
